Assembly

This is the supreme governing body of the Association.

Shall be composed of all members of ROBA except the Patron and Honorary Members.

It shall be responsible for policy formulation and directing other organs of ROBA.

They shall review, ratify, alter , rescind or in any other manner deal with any decision placed before it by any of the organs of ROBA.

The Assembly elects Cohort, Minorities and Diaspora Representatives.

They meet during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Special General Meeting (SGM)
